Unpaid Toll Invoice

Any person who does not have funds to pay the required toll for the Pell Bridge Newport will be issued an Unpaid Toll Invoice by the Authority. The invoice will require the payment of the toll and an administrative fee of $6.00 which is to be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of issue.  Payment can be done either by U.S. cash in person or by mailing a check payable to RITBA.  The address would be:

PENALTIES FOR NONPAYMENT OF TOLL
(See R.I.G.L. §24-12-37)

Failure to pay the toll amount and the administrative fee of $6.00 within thirty (30) days of the issuance of this Unpaid Toll Invoice is subject to an $85.00 fine and your driver’s license may be suspended under the jurisdiction of the RI Traffic Tribunal.
