RITBA has received numerous calls from individuals indicating that they received a text regarding an unpaid toll. This is a common scam and advise that you do not click the link. If you are an RI E-ZPass customer, you can always check the status of your bill at www.ezpassritba.com. If you have an E-ZPass account with another agency, please contact that agency directly. THANK YOU to morning commuters who “zipper merged” at the Newport Pell Bridge, using both lanes to the merge point. Afternoon traffic is slower because motorists straddle two lanes to block vehicles from using both.
Please allow travel in BOTH lanes to the merge point.
