Newport Pell Bridge Rhode Island E-ZPass Discount Plans
*Discount plans apply to RITBA issued transponders only and your 2-axle vehicle must be less than 7,000 lbs. GVW (gross vehicle weight). Transponders issued by other tolling agencies are charged the Newport Pell Bridge Toll Rates (per crossing) as seen in the table above.

| Unlimited (RIUNL) | $40.00 every 30 days | Unlimited travel on the Newport Pell Bridge only. This plan is automatically renewed every 30 days and is specific to each transponder. |
| Rhode Island Gross Vehicle Weight (RIGVW) | $0.83 | 2-axle passenger vehicles between 7001-8000 lbs. gross vehicle weight(GVW). Proof of RI residency and proof of GVW is required. |
| Thirty Day Frequent User (RI6) | $0.91 | Available to non-Rhode Island residents using the Newport Pell Bridge only. This plan is automatically renewed every 30 days and is specific to each transponder. |
